About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by ReadySpace Cleaning Services. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

They do not set the terms of any cleaning booking. Those are agreed with you directly when you book. Our privacy notice explains how we handle the details you send us.

Quotes and bookings

Asking for a quote through this site is an enquiry, not a booking. It does not commit you or us to anything. A booking exists only once a price, a date and the details of the work have been agreed with you directly.

Quotes are based on what you tell us, so the more accurate the details, the more accurate the price. If the property or the work turns out to be different from what was described, we may need to change the quote and will tell you before going ahead.

The information on this site

The pages on this site are general information about our services and about matters that affect them, such as tenancy deposits, short lets and planning rules. We take care to keep them accurate and to link to the sources we rely on, but laws, rules and prices change.

Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. For your own situation, check the sources we link to or speak to a qualified adviser. Figures about places, such as those on our area pages, are taken from the named sources at the time of writing.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and sensibly. In particular, please do not:

• use the quote form to send spam or anything misleading or unlawful;
• try to interfere with the site, overload it or gain access to anything you are not meant to see;
• copy the site's content to pass off as your own.

What belongs to whom

The text, design, photographs and other material on this site belong to ReadySpace Cleaning Services or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and share pages, and to quote short extracts with a link back, but please do not copy or reuse the material on a large scale without asking first.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as government and council pages, so you can check what we have said. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle information.

Our responsibility
