What it means

The age of the building decides the approach, not the postcode.

So the first thing we ask is what the surfaces are.

The practical side

Getting in, and getting parked.

Access decides how a visit is planned, so we ask about it first.

Camden runs from King's Cross and Euston in the south to Hampstead and Belsize Park in the north, and no two addresses are planned alike. Two questions come first: how does the team get in, and where does the van go.

The Congestion Charge boundary

The southern edge of the borough meets the Congestion Charge zone. Its northern limit is Euston Road and Pentonville Road, so King's Cross and Euston sit on the boundary, and most of Camden north of it is outside the zone. The charge is £18 a day, and it applies 07:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and 12:00 to 18:00 at weekends and bank holidays. The Ultra Low Emission Zone covers every London borough. Rules and prices change, so check an address with TfL.

Parking and access

Parking in Camden is controlled by zone, and the hours differ from one zone to the next. The council's controlled parking pages have the current map and rules, and it is worth telling us the address so we can ask about anything that matters. For access, put the arrangement in the notes box: keys, a code, a reception, a hand-over.

Which service for which home

A tenancy ending near UCL and Bloomsbury is an end of tenancy clean, matched to your check-in inventory. A larger family home in Hampstead or Belsize Park often suits regular cleaning, with a deep clean first. Offices around King's Cross and Camden Town are a commercial contract.

How it works

From the quote to the clean.

Four steps, the same for every address in the borough.
  1. Tell us the address

Your postcode, the kind of property and what you need. Add how we get in and where to park in the notes.

  2. Get your price

A real price back, with no obligation. The quote spells out what is included and any extras you have asked for.

  3. Settle access

Keys, a code, a reception desk or a hand-over: agreed once, so every visit after it runs without a call.

  4. The clean

A vetted, uniformed team works through the checklist for the service you booked.
